In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, Heartland Community Health Center will be closed on the following days: Wednesday, December 24 Thursday, December 25 Wednesday, December 31 Thursday, January 1 The food pantry will also be closed on Thursday, December 25, Saturday December 27, and Thursday, January 1.

Heartland will close early Friday, October 17

Heartland will close at 1:30pm on Friday, October 17. The clinic will reopen on the morning of Monday, October 20 at 8:30am. Heartland’s food pantry will still hold its normal appointment times on Saturday, October 18.
