Heartland Names Kristy Butler as Dental Clinic Manager
This year, Heartland has evaluated the scope and structure needed to support and enhance our dental program. After thoughtful consideration, Heartland has added a new Dental Clinic Manager position to manage the daily operations of the dental program under the direction of the Chief Dental Officer.
We are excited to announce Kristy Butler has accepted the position as Heartland Community Health Center’s Dental Clinic Manager. Kristy has been serving dental patients for over 16 years, 4 of those at Heartland!
Kristy is a standout employee, always making sure staff are well supported and patients receive high quality care. She is passionate about employee satisfaction and engagement and improving a patient’s experience at Heartland.
We look forward to her continued leadership in the dental department and her collaboration across departments.

The Dental Clinic Manager is responsible for the management and operations of the health center dental program. The Dental Clinic Manager position is responsible for ensuring efficient workflows within the dental practice which result in meeting productivity goals, a high level of patient and staff satisfaction, and a high performing team. The Dental Clinic Manager maintains knowledge of trends, applies best practice principles or strategies to support the program and provides subject matter expertise and leadership where assigned. This position will report directly to the Chief Dental Officer.
