Heartland is committed to providing you care anywhere, anytime. That’s why Heartland is now offering Telehealth visits to connect you with your provider at Heartland from the comfort of your home or office. Learn more about ways to access Telehealth services.
Heartland is thrilled to welcome Heather Fogle, APRN to our team. Heather’s professional background is in emergency medicine. From gaining experience in critical care, she learned the value of preventive medicine and patient education. Helping her patients better care for themselves for a greater quality of life is her purpose.
Our hours of operation have been updated. At this time, we recommend you calling your primary care provider before coming to the health center at 785-841-7297. Thank you for your understanding!
If you or someone you know needs to talk, please encourage them to call 785-841-7297. We are here to help. This service is available for all. You do not have to have established care at Heartland to access behavioral health services. Behavioral Telehealth services are also available for patients.
We are responding to the needs in our community and invite you to consider the ways you can help. You can help us by making a financial gift that supports our COVID-19 response or by donating masks, gowns, hand sanitizer, or wipes to the health center. Learn more by clicking GIVE TODAY.
Beginning this month, Heartland patients will enter the building through a new exterior entrance on the North side of the same building at 346 Maine Street for their appointments. Need help finding us? Call our Patient Service Representatives at 785-841-7297.
