The PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program prepares pharmacists to provide patient-centered care in a longitudinal, community-based ambulatory setting. Residents gain experience in primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health, pediatrics, medication access, population health, and pharmacy practice while developing the clinical, operational, and leadership skills needed to advance patient care.
