Heartland Adds New Positions For A Positive Impact on Patient Experience
Heartland Community Health Center and Heartland @ Panda Pediatrics are adding new positions designed to elevate and integrate patient and family care.
The Front Office Coordinator will be focused on implementing strategies to make the check-out/check-in process as efficient as possible and expediting phone calls to our offices.
We are excited to announce that AK Gonzalez has accepted the role of Front Office Coordinator at Heartland Community Health Center, and Raven Foster is the Front Office Coordinator at Heartland @ Panda Pediatrics!
As Front Officer Coordinator, AK & Raven will be responsible for all front office activities at their designated locations.
We are confident that AK and Raven will both be amazing leaders and advocates for our patients.
